LAP has lots of extra feasts this month but a special one is the feast of St. Raphael (10/24). Normally, I give all feasts found in the LAP the rank of Memorial. However, because this feast has a full set of propers, I assigned it the same rank it has in the Roman Calendar of the same era, Greater Double.
Other big feasts this month include St. Placid and Companions (an OSB feast), Holy Rosary, Motherhood BVM, St. Luke, Ss. Simon and Jude, and of course Christ the King. On a personal note, my diocesan patroness (St. Therese) and parish patronal feast (Christ the King) are both this month which adds two Common Octaves into the mix.
As always, LAP specific feasts are colored blue while Dessain specific feasts are colored green.
